Return & Warranty Policy

At Beholder Jewelry, we are committed to providing quality body jewelry. Please review our return and warranty policy below:

1. Jewelry Breakage in Studio

If the jewelry breaks during the initial procedure, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the jewelry to your account. This credit can be used toward a replacement or future purchase.

  • Jewelry must be returned in a sterile pouch and free of debris in order to receive store credit.

  • Claims must be filed within 365 days of jewelry delivery.

2. Jewelry Breakage After Customer Use

If the jewelry breaks after it has been received and/or worn, we cannot offer a replacement or refund unless the breakage is determined to be due to a manufacturer defect. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us at BeholderJewelry@gmail.com with photos and details for evaluation.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective items must be returned within 15 days of filing a claim.

  • Once the jewelry is returned and the claim is verified, we will apply a store credit to your account for the price of the piece, including shipping costs.

  • Returned defective pieces are discarded and never resold.

  • Jewelry must be returned in a sterile pouch and free of debris in order to receive store credit.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs but will be reimbursed for shipping fees upon providing a receipt and tracking number. Reimbursement will be in the form of store credit.

  • Screenshots from online shippers are acceptable as proof of shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  • For higher-value returns, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. If the jewelry is lost or damaged in transit and does not reach us, we cannot issue store credit.

6. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please email BeholderJewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of your order. Our team will assess the issue and provide the best resolution.
