At Beholder Jewelry, we are committed to providing high-quality body jewelry. Please review our return and warranty policy carefully.
1. Quality Concerns Upon Receipt (15-Day Requirement)
Customers must inspect their jewelry upon receipt.
If an item does not meet expected quality standards, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery date.
Failure to report quality concerns within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Please email BeholderJewelry@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
2. Jewelry Breakage During Initial Procedure (In-Studio)
If jewelry breaks during the initial piercing procedure, we will issue store credit for the full value of the jewelry.
Requirements:

Jewelry must be returned in a sterile pouch

Jewelry must be free of debris
-
Order details must be provided (order number, piece name, date of purchase)
Store credit may be used toward a replacement or future purchase.
3. Jewelry Breakage After Customer Use
If jewelry breaks after it has been received and/or worn, replacements or store credit will only be issued if the breakage is determined to be a manufacturer defect, including:

Pin defects

Stone setting issues
-
Hinge malfunctions
Not Covered:
-
Visible tool marks
-
Damage from improper handling or modification
-
Wear-related damage

4. Returns & Defective Item Claims

Claims must be filed within 15 days of receiving the order

Defective jewelry must be returned within 15 days of filing a claim
-
Client-owned jewelry involved in breakage must also be returned within 15 days of filing a claim
Once the item is received and the claim is verified:

Store credit will be issued for the price of the piece including original shipping

Returned defective items are discarded and never resold
All returned jewelry must be:

In a sterile pouch

Free of debris
Failure to meet these requirements may void the claim.
5. Refunds & Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit only

Store credit does not expire

Store credit may be used toward future purchases
6. Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs upfront

Return shipping fees will be reimbursed as store credit upon receipt of:

A shipping receipt

A valid tracking number
-
Screenshots from online shipping services are acceptable.
We strongly recommend:

Using a trackable shipping method

Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns
If returned jewelry is lost or damaged in transit and does not reach us, store credit cannot be issued.
7. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please email BeholderJewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the item received. Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
