How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 6-8 weeks from the order date. We currently don’t stock a lot of pieces since gold prices are so high, so most of our pieces are made to order.

What's up with your pins? Why did you choose steel?

Our threadless pins are built to last because they’re machined from 316L stainless steel. This makes for a tougher pin that’s also brazed onto our gold and platinum tops, creating an incredibly strong bond.

Are your pins pre-bent?

Nope! Our pins are not pre-bent. This allows us to ship them more efficiently and safely.

How can my studio set up an account?

It’s easy! Just sign up for an account on our website, and you’re all set!

Can I pick different gemstones?

Yes! You can customize your pieces with different CZ colors. Just shoot us an email (beholderjewelry@gmail.com) when you place your order and we can get you sorted

Why don’t you carry white gold?

Honestly? We’re just not that into it. With gold prices rising and white gold being a bit pricier than other gold alloys, we decided to offer platinum as our “white metal” option. Platinum is tarnish-resistant and stays brilliantly white all the time!
